Terms of use
1. Scope and provider
These terms apply to the use of the iOS app “Listification” from Antonio Parenti · codebits.ch · Switzerland (“we”). By installing or using the app, you accept these terms. Apple's terms for obtaining apps via the App Store apply in addition.
2. Service
Listification is a shopping list app. The core features are free and ad-funded (banners, personalised only with your consent). Listification Pro removes the advertising and unlocks additional features.
3. Listification Pro: prices and renewal
- Monthly subscription: CHF 1.00 per month
- Annual subscription: CHF 9.50 per year
- Lifetime: CHF 25 one-off, permanent
Subscriptions renew automatically for the respective term until they are cancelled. Cancellation is possible at any time in the App Store settings of your Apple account and must take place at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in order to stop the renewal. The purchase price is charged via your Apple account. The price shown in the App Store is always the one that applies; prices may differ by country and currency and may change for future terms (existing terms remain unaffected; Apple provides notice of price increases).
4. Refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple; refunds are governed by Apple's policies and can be requested at reportaproblem.apple.com. We have no direct influence over this.
5. Use and content
The app is intended for private use. You are responsible for the content of your lists (text, photos) and may not use the app abusively or unlawfully.
6. Your data, backups
If your device is signed in to iCloud, your lists are held there too and come back after a reinstall. Without iCloud there is only the copy on the device: back it up regularly, because if the device is lost or the app is deleted that data may be irretrievably lost.
7. Warranty and liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude any warranty of uninterrupted availability and freedom from errors, as well as liability for indirect damages, consequential damages and data loss. Mandatory statutory liability (in particular for intent and gross negligence as well as for personal injury) remains unaffected.
8. Changes
We may adapt these terms, for example when new features are added. The current version is always available at this address; the date above shows its status. Material changes will be indicated in the app or in the App Store.
9. Applicable law
Swiss law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain reserved.
